Meet the Team
Shauna Anderson
Founder & CEO
Shauna Anderson is the chief visionary of Invata. Her core belief is offering experiential learning that is personalized for the individual. Her own journey and most treasured role as a mother to six children led her to create a company founded on such principles. Knowing how to work with children from the perspective of an educator in addition to a parent is what uniquely qualifies her to lead Invata.

Janine Lyman
Co-Founder & COO
Janine Lyman is highly focused on building systems, developing processes and managing operations at Invata. Janine’s life experiences in both academia and industry have set her up with the capacity to work in different fields. It is with this passion and determination that Janine has begun her leadership journey and continued dedication to education with Invata.

Kelley Birch
Specialized Learning Advisor
Kelley Birch has an extensive background working in special education with struggling students. She has worked in education since 1986 and has experience with elementary, middle and high school, as well as general education. She developed curriculums during her 20 year tenure of working with juvenile correctional education within the juvenile justice system. 21 years of her career have been focused on working as a homeschool teacher.
